Robert E. McKnight, Jr., partner, practices in the areas of labor and employment law (including employee rights and benefits, ERISA, wage and hour, and civil rights in employment) and civil rights in housing. He is the author of "Title VII Law for Plaintiffs," a comprehensive treatise covering the nation's most far-reaching anti-discrimination statute. He is a member of Texas Employment Lawyers Association.

Mr. McKnight graduated from Loyola University (New Orleans) with a J.D. and an M.A. (religious studies) after completing a joint-degree program.
